An Indian couple based in the United States has raised concerns over what they described as a “scam” at Delhi’s , after claiming that duty-free staff scanned the passports of their entire family, including their two young children.

Pooja Tomarr Sikarwar shared a video on Instagram on Wednesday, alleging that the incident took place at a duty-free outlet in Terminal 3 shortly after the family arrived in Delhi from the US.

Sikarwar said she bought a bottle of liquor from the first duty-free store after clearing immigration. While making the purchase, she claimed staff also scanned the passports of her nine-month-old baby and toddler, who had not bought anything.
