He claims to have been paying her support voluntarily since she gave birth. For her part, Henry says in her filing that she was in a relationship with Herro for almost 7 years and that she was the primary caregiver for their two children.

She's asking for primary custody and wants their children to see their dad with "safeguards and parameters" in place. She reportedly cited "historical conduct" that she purposefully left out of her filing out of respect.
